Rudy has made a name for himself in several entertainment fields utilizing his many talents. He began dancing in his mothers kitchen at the age of eight. By the time he was twelve, Rudy was considered a professional dancer & choreographer. Rudy has choreographed some of the biggest productions for the greatest Salsa singers in History, like Queen of Salsa Celia Cruz & El Rey de Timbale Tito Puente.. He has taught Hollywood elites like "Jennifer Aniston" "Jamie Foxx", "Brad Pitt" and "Ben Stiller"
Onstage, Rudy has gained worldwide recognition as an extremely charismatic salsa dancer with a distinctive style, whose unique performances have become legendary among salsa enthusiasts.
Proudly one of the pioneers of the "LA Salsa Scene" He has also appeared/choreographed in over thirty commercials as well as television shows. Watch Rudy in films such as "Dance With Me", "Along Came Polly", and "Dirty Dancing": Havana Nights to name a few.
Mr. Zalez has also gained tremendous recognition as a Master of Ceremonies. You may have seen Rudy as the MC of The Mayan World Dance Competitions, or Concerts at the Hollywood Bowl, from corporate events to stadiums, he knows how to rocks the house.
Rudy has taught thousands of students all over the world and has books published in Japan. He is a true contributor to the world of dance.
